batman-and-robin-movie-poster-1997-1Kristian and Trevor take on the challenge of redeeming Batman and Robin from 1997.  After redeeming a sequel considered to be a franchise killer last time, can we do it a again with the bat-nipple-tastic George Clooney Batman movie?

Is Batgirl’s suit as anatomically correct as the Batman and Robins?  Does Arnold Schwarzenegger have any lines that aren’t puns?  Does Poison Ivy’s venom extend beyond the screen and affect the audience?  Is this movie redeemable?

Listen on and find out!

apple252c1980movie252ccmbaguiltypleasures001Kristian and Trevor take on the challenge of redeeming The Apple from 1980.  This super camp musical has been getting a lot of love in the midnight movie circuit in America, but does that make it redeemable?

How accurate was the future world of 1994?  Can they specifically reference the fact it’s set in 1994 in song?  Is this a religious musical or a take on the music industry?  Who is that extra character at the last minute?  Is this movie redeemable?

Kristian and Trevor take on the challenge of redeeming The Wiz from 1978, starring a 33 year old Diana Ross playing a 24 year old kindergarten teacher Dorothy and Michael Jackson in his film debut as a scarecrow worried about his constipation… or is that just Trevor’s interpretation?

Does being based on a hit broadway musical help this movie out? How about the fact the director, Sidney Lumet, was highly respected with a considerable body of work?  Can we get past the fact that Michael Jackson’s scarecrow makeup makes it look like he’s worried about his constipation?  Is The Wiz redeemable?

Well from one musical based questionable film we have moved on to another that is arguably worse…. and not much arguing would be necessary.

Yep, Kristian and Trevor watched Mariah Carey’s 2001 box office bomb Glitter.

Is it a sparkling, but misunderstood, gem or is it simply a glittery pile of rubbish?  Listen on and find out!
